Changes to your name

It’s important to let us know of any changes to your personal details so we hold accurate information for you.

If you change your name while you’re registered with us and want to use your new name when you practise, please let us know so we can update the register. We ask you to let us know within one month of the change.

If you choose to keep using your previous name for work purposes, you don’t need to let us know.

If you haven’t legally changed your name, but you want to appear on the register differently from how your name is currently displayed (for example, by adding your middle name), please let us know.
